My name is Noah and this is my story!
I did most of my travels during and after high school. After about 5 years of traveling I can now proudly say I visited 20+ countries! I have laughed, cried, danced, ate and made friends all over the world. After all this time I still can´t believe how beautifull our earth is. And I´m excited to explore more every day!
When I turned 16 my mom took me on a trip to Marrakech. I immediately fell in love! That same year I decided to take my first solo trip to Italy. It al happened spontaneously and within a week after booking the flight I experienced my first time in a hostel, plannig my own itinerary and eating out by myself. I knew I found my passion!
I have had a LOT of cool (and less cool) jobs over the years to fund my travel dreams!
✓ Scrubbing toilets
✓ Nude model
✓ Festival Work
✓ Barista
✓ Train Stewardess
✓ Paper Delivery
✓ Local Reporter
✓ Waitress
✓ Dishwasher
✓ Canal Cruise Crew
I live in Amsterdam, near my mom and grandma, together with my three roommates. I graduated highschool in 2022 and moved to the USA! I worked there as an au pair for 3 months while exploring a bit of the counrty. I took a trip to New York, Disneyworld Orlando, Universal Studio’s Orlando and celebrated my 20th birthday in Key West.
After the USA, my next big trip was to The Gambia & Senegal. It was my first time in Africa and these countries stole my heart! I had my first wildlife encounter with a rhino, sailed for two days over the river to a remote city and met amazing people living in commune´s.
When I came back from The Gambia & Senegal I decided to have a quiet year in Amsterdam, except for a quick trip to Norway and Germany, in order to save up money! I worked 7 days a week, no breaks, to make as much money as I could. Next to that I started mealprepping, stoped buying new clothes & only had cheap house parties with supermarket beer in order to save up.
In January 2023 my plane took off headed to the unknown… With only my backpack and a one-way-ticket to South East Asia I started one of the best 6 months of my life! I was terrified when I stepped on the plane and cried the whole way there. I was worried I wasn´t prepared enough and afraid to leave my friends and family to go somewhere completely new. I showed up with no plan and no expectations and let me tell you, this was the best decision I ever made.
I decided to start a travel blog to share my experiences, track my expenses and give tips to other solo travelers! Writing for my blog quickly became my number one favorite thing to do next to traveling! I love talking about my adventures and really like it when friends ask me to help them plan there next trip.
While I learn the ropes of travel blogging & photography I hope I can expand in the future including:
✓ Growing my travel blog
✓ Hosting group trips
✓ Start a youtube diary with my experiences, itineraries & tips
